First of all. You made it here.  You're exploring already. Keep asking questions and let us know where we can help. All of our retreats are beginner, intermediate friendly. Yes, we do activities and we also take what we call "Free Spirit Time".  This immersion is for beginner, newbie friendly on all levels. We will offer guidance and support for you to deepen your own practice and exploration of mind, body and soul.  We offer the guidance an support before your trip, during and we follow-up too. We want to keep the connections and we want you to make the most memorable connections while retreating with us. 

What is Grounding?

Or "Earthing", it is connecting with the natural rhythms of the earth, in the process of removing excess charge from our bodies by the earth transferring electrons that act as antioxidants simply by having bare contact (usually feet or hands) with the earth. It's a gift from Mother Gaia's healing properties to help us neutralize free radicals in our bodies to reduce inflammation and prevent disease.

The body has a way of harmonizing with the natural elements of our earth through electromagnetic frequency that naturally comes from the earth, the air, water, and sun encouraging our bodies into a state of homeostasis. It's medicine for the body, mind and soul.

The adventure will be focused on venturing in and out to explore. The house in Oak Island specifically is equipped with grounding yoga mats and earthing products to enhance the energetic experience of grounding outside, indoors. 

Retreats are grounding and elevating experiences. Our intention is to guide you on a journey to the heart as we harness the energies of Mother Gaia. The earth is calling you to explore the deepest part of your knowing. Come out and explore a colorful to earth toned landscape that may take you to inspirational parts of yourself to grow and know your potential is limitless.

Health and Safety of our guests The health and safety of our guests, facilitators and guest presenters is of high importance to us. Our staff will follow the protocol, of maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for our guests. We will NOT require that guests wear masks indoors or outdoors, but we honor and respect each individual's need to feel safe while on the property. You make the choice as to what is best for you. 

Terms:  ❤️ Cancellation PolicyDue to the exclusive offering of this retreat we must enforce a FIRM cancellation policy.   Deposit 100% deposit refund for cancellation 60+ days before retreat start date. 50% deposit refund for cancellation 30-59 days before retreat start date.   Please visit each retreat for detailed terms. 

Things to know
❤️ Alice will get on a phone call with you before the retreat to answer any additional questions you may have. We like to connect, give a clear picture of what to expect on your retreat.

❤️ If you have any medical information, we should be aware of, dietary concerns or allergies, we ask that you send that to us privately. We will provide a questionnaire for you to complete so we have this information on file.

❤️ Address to the property will be given the week before the retreat starts.

❤️ Travel expenses or transportation is NOT included.

❤️ Substance-free RetreatA substance-free environment is one in which all guests agree to keep their space free from substances at all times. Substances are defined to include alcohol, cigarettes, other smoking materials, and illicit and illegal drugs in house or on property and while on excursions or doing shared activities.

❤️ Prescribed medications is excluded.

❤️ We ask that guests close doors and keep personal belongings in a contained area, respect the space of one another.

❤️ Shared rooms and bathroomsThis means that co-ed sharing of bathrooms is to be expected.

❤️ Our facilitators/ photographer will be taking photos and video footage during the retreat always being conscientious of when and where to film. By participating in this retreat, you understand that you might be in the camera frame during retreat.

Remaining Balance

• Remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date.
• If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to 30 days before your retreat start date.
• If you cancel 0-29 days before your retreat start date remaining balance is not refundable. No exceptions. We can not make any exceptions with our policy as it takes time to recoup any rooms/beds that become vacant and our vendors, guest presenters and facilitators contractural commitments must stay in good standing.

Waiver and Release of Liability to be signed

Our fees are transparent. In many cases, you save more than you spend.   We save you the time of planning each day. We may have extra excursions or services to choose from as an extra cost, but you will see that listed in each retreat package. Every retreat will show you exactly what is being offered,  all meals included and a whole lotta of support from your guides.   We have unique retreats with specific themes. All we ask, is you take a look, if it feels like a good fit, you're off to a great start. At this point, we would love to connect with you via a phone call.
