Intuition
The subtle body is where the energetic stream of consciousness flows, according to yoga tradition. The subtle body has seven vortexes of energy, known as chakras. We will clear blocked energy in the body, where blocks can encourage triggers in the physical, mental, or emotional imbalances. That’s true of all chakras, including the sixth chakra. Called Ajna Chakra, this energetic center is located at the third eye (between the eyebrows or in between and just above eye level). Our 6th chakra, third eye refers to the gate that leads to the inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness.
